Minimum item level to get a 4 Link?

I have searched some posts and couldn't find an answer. What's the minimum item level in order to get a four link on a pair of gloves? Thanks in adavance.

Is there a posting saying there is a minimum at all?
I don't have any really low level 4L on-hand, but I'm pretty sure I've seen them in A1 normal at Tarkleigh... |

so far this is what the community has gathered, socket and item level required
1 socket : 1 2 sockets: 1 3 sockets: 15 4 sockets: 28 5 sockets: 35 6 sockets: 50 if it can roll 4 sockets, it can link them. 1h weps/shields = 3max Helm/Boots/Gloves = 4max Chest/2h weps = 6max Things with "increased" and "decreased" in the tooltip are additive ... where as "More" or "Less" are multiplicative ...

" Ha. Wish I'd have known that before blowing through about 30 jewelers trying to get 4 sockets on my shield. I thought for sure I'd seen 4 on a shield before, guess I was wrong. Damn. |
