PVP Character Creation?

I wanted to start looking into the new pvp content they've added recently, such as the pvp specific character creation. But I'm unsure as to how to access that; I'm not getting any actual option to create those characters, and was curious as to whether there is a special way to do it? Thanks ahead of time for any help.

reach act three with any character, then invite Leo to your hideout.

on the character creation screen, there is a PvP check box beside name

upon creation, it will take you directly in the hideout. press B for pvp matchmaking
