Act2 Cruel Great white beast quest completed but did not give reward

Finished clearing the cave and killing the great white beast returned to town to claim reward to find no yellow ! i then click on Silk and he has the great white beast option click it and he tells me the great white beast is dead good you now have his name ext. But no reward.
