Does this item stack with Pain Attunement?

Just found this thing:
I'm trying to find out if the "Increased Damage on LL" mod will stack with a Pain Attunement passive. |

No, it won't exactly stack but both bonuses will work. They don't do the same thing, one gives you 'increased' damage and the other is 'more', a multiplier.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

No, the opposite, I said that 'more' is a multiplier, 'increased' is additive with all other increases.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
