Why would GGG move that to such a bad spot god >.< it used to be an easy pick up on te way to your next power charge now its worthless no ones going to get it now.

Actually, for many of my builds it's a BETTER place now, but ok.

Making it slightly less convenient(for some builds) to pick up is an indirect nerf to crit, more investment for the same benefit.
Its still worth the 2 extra points imo. Noblesse oblige
