Act IV is going to shuffle that difficulty around, so I'd like The Goddess Unleashed to work with Merciless, Acts I-IV rather than Acts I-III and maybe IV.

If scorned can finish atziri I am pretty sure unleashed csn do act 4 provided ggg don't restrict the sword from what its meant to be

I am fairly sure Scorned will have more dps potential than Unleashed. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: the sword changes along its own evolutionary imperative, not PoE's. The end-state for the sword will not be a damage machine, but instead a much more complete creation at peace with itself.
Is it gonna be build enabling? Please!

^ wth..I don't.... WHY would you put any effect on that sword(much less crimson, WHAT?) when it arguably already has one of the coolest effects on it?! Its like..dark fire, its gorgeous. I don't get it.
