Question for build with death's harp

So I was able to get the above four items.

I know this game is all about trying things out for yourself, but currently my time is very limited and so I'm hoping to make a softcore bow-user that is able to level solo efficiently and do end-game maps efficiently as well (solo or party).

I hope this isn't too much to ask, but I have a few questions.

1) Are there any guides currently that utilize death's harp + the quiver maybe? (Death's harp at the very least).
2) Would it be generally better to go ranger or shadow? I've seen guides that use bows for both classes, but someone made the argument that ranger bow-users will do just as much damage as shadow bow-users, but with more survivability.

I suggest ranger . the hybrid classes are a bit harder to play imo. shadows have more potential dps, but u think most effective bow builds need good equips to work well.
I suggest u go with ranger if ur still pretty new

I've been using this bow from lvl 34 till 63 (currently) in HC.
I'm using a variation of Nugiyen's build, thing i like about this bow is the fact that it shoots 2 arrows, so i can skip the LMP gem on my LA+chain.
Even though my LA dps is only 125 and poison arrow 250, mobs in merciless still melt to poison arrow+LA combo.
For bosses and single target elites i use 2 bear traps combined with added fire dmg and culling strike, dealing 3k dps ea.
