How would I add culling strike to weapon dps?

So I got a little high last night and corrupted my legacy soul taker
Not even sure if this is considered a good corrupt since I just came back after a year off. So w/o culling strike its 354 dps, how does one add in the culling? |

the culling strike is not the level 20 version of the gem (20% inc dmg) its just taking off enemies at 10% life, thats it, doesnt add anyting to weapon dps

Read as "10% reduced enemy max life"
Now you only have to do 90% of their life in damage. Theorycrafter/Build Creator for PORTAL guild
