Overcharge
Dex/Str Gem 140% Multiplier Linked Spells and Attacks can not critically strike. 90% ( +1% / lvl) more Damage for each stage (+ 0.5 Attack and Cast speed / quality) ---- Linked Spell or Attack can now be charge up to 10 stages and can be released anytime. Rethinking even "1100 % more" fully charged at gem lvl 21 might be overbearing. Or not. It would be such a nice tactical addition to noncrit builds. Same as Flameblast.
E: On a 2nd thought though, crit daggers have around 700% more damge ~ 90% of the time (counting in accuracy and stuff), so 1100% full charged might be okey. Whatever. Add this.
