Blood Rage Synergy

Can anyone tell me if Blood Rage's life leech applies to only physical damage/attacks or if it works with spell damage as well?

Instead of a simple yes or no you reply with a non-answer...even after checking for yourself. OK, let me rephrase: I read the tool-tip, and thanks to the complex nature of the English language, it could be interpreted either way. It does not specify, at least in my eyes, that it only pertains to physical leech, which would indicate that it applies to spells as well. However, I know that only the support gem works with spells, and all other sources on gear and passives do not apply to spells, even though they do not necessarily specify physical either.

So, again, does it apply to spell damage as well as physical?

Physical only I believe.

I didn't want to be rude, I just feel it's weird that people have so many problems with understanding what they are reading ( english is not my main language either).

I read the description of the gem on the site, not the actual gem itself. I don't have the gem otherwise I would have tested it myself. The site does not have the actual stats listed as the gems do. Thank you for clearing that up.
