Power Leveling in POE

Hey guys, have been wondering for a while. How do people get to 40 in 2 hours? What build do they use to level quickly, or is it just skill?

40?dont know.maybe 3 hours and something more for me at least.Could be more to 4 hours.

You can get to act 3 though on that time

Incinerate, fastest leveling I have ever seen.

Level to 31 using whatever you want then switch to incinerate, 1 shots everything on the screen even before the 3rd phase. Basically run with 3X quicksilvers and blow through content 5 levels higher than you.

How fast I can level is comparable to asking "how do I get rich" in this game.

Literally it's easier to find a youtube guide with experience then ask for a paragraph or two from people in the forums.

Also 2 hours is a little short for 40 mins, check out races to see how people do it.

My personal pleveling method. Typing everything out since I'm at work.



Lvl 1 - Goldrim, Wanderlust Boots, Redbeak, Thousand Ribbons Simple Robe, Araku Tiki amulet, 4 quicksilver flasks. Ideally a 30 hp Elreon ring or two.

Equip everything, add a Molten Strike gem. Your goal is to run through everything, only pausing to kill large packs to refresh your quicksilver flasks. Act 1 norm, you're going to run through every single zone from start to finish with no pauses. Stay within 3 levels of the zone.

Lvl 4 - Equip Infernal Blow gem (will be used later, use Molten Strike for now).

lvl 5 - Equip Karui Ward amulet (10% move speed).

Lvl 6 - Equip Screaming Eagle Jade Hatchet.

Lvl 8 - Equip Meginord's Girdle belt, Crest of Perandus shield, The Ignomon amulet.

Lvl 10 - Equip Hatred aura.

Continue zooming through everything, only doing main quest lines. You want to skip every side quest for now, you can always come back later to complete quests like the Deep Dweller for skill points.

You'll finish out act 1 at hopefully ~ lvl 12 or so.


Act 2 - Run to the east, level up in The Old Fields until you hit 16. Now the exp range allows you to be in zones +/- 4 levels, so now go to The Chamber of Sins and complete that quest.

Lvl 16- Equip Tabula Rasa, Facebreaker gloves, unequip your weapon. Now you can just destroy everything. You will want to go with Infernal Blow, Melee Splash, Added Fire, Melee Physical Damage, Faster Attacks, and one more. I usually like Life Leech. You'll want to get some mana leech either on gear or through passives if possible. You will now one shot every single mob, including rares, for a very long time. I highly recommend equipping a granite flask as well now. 1-2 life flasks, 1 granite, and 2-3 Quicksilver flasks. Because you're rushing, you're going to be facetanking large mobs while underleveled and wearing twink gear. You WILL take lots of damage, so preemptively using granites while yolotanking is highly advised.

Lvl 24 - Equip Herald of Ash gem.


This will allow you to get to 50-60 very easily and quickly. I can do 1-40 in a couple of hours, and this will work with even putting 0 points into your passive tree.

Facebreaker leveling hardly can be beaten. Level 31 (when you put faster attacks and other support gems) you will be at 2-3k AOE dps, enough said. Level 60+ you will be around 5-7k easy AOE dps, white mob packs are one-shotted.

Essential items
good facebreaker roll, Meginord belt
Tabula rasa or Foxshade (optional) - Infernal Blow (quality is great for additional area), Melee Splash (again quality prefered), Added Fire, Melee Physical, MS, Attack speed. with -Mana jewelry and Reduced mana as 6th link the skill costs around 5-8mana....
Get jewelry with +phy dmg, even better jewelry with phy dmg and -mana.
Use Herald of ash and Hatred
One shot packs til 65 without any special build.

Some items to consider below - Absolutely love Hyrri's quiver: cheap, low level, speed and gives increased area and starts. Replace with Daressos shield later on gives also dmg and defence
Wondertap for early movement, then Lioneye boots for even more speed (highest for its level).

2 Quicksilver flasks and you are off to powerleveling.
