RE: High ping from Singapore Gateway.

Hello,

Recently I've been experiencing high pings (100ish spiking up to 200ish) from the Singapore gateway.

This is also an issue with a few friends that are under the same isp that connect from the same gateway.

The normal latency we would normally be in the region of 10s to 80s.

The WinMTR results are as follows (under the SG.login.pathofexile.com)

Is this an issue because of our ISP and the server side?

Hopefully it'll resolve itself soon!

looks like a peering issue between these hops (getting into the NetworkLayer network):

| SFL-0022.asianetcom.net - 0 | 285 | 285 | 6 | 16 | 60 | 13 |
| ae6.dar02.sr03.sng01.networklayer.com - 0 | 285 | 285 | 190 | 199 | 280 | 192 |

it's not specifically your ISP, but you'd likely have to escalate through your ISP since they are a customer of asianet (or at least a peer). Then they can escalate the issue up to where it needs to get looked at and resolved. GGG COULD also have it escalated from their end, but that's usually more difficult because of resources and such.
Ah, I see. Then i'll try talking to my ISP to see if they can do anything about it then.

Thank you for the response! :)
