Got killed my party member while on bandit quest

So I was just doing the bandit quest in cruel and grouped up to kill Alira. It seemed that a party member voted not to kill Alira on purpose so he could kill the rest of the group. What shocked me is that this will make you die on hardcore league and now I'm on default. Working as intended? Seems like a real dumb idea to me tbh.

Haha. Sorry to hear that. But i think its cool to be honest. Log out and do the quest again before you die if youre that worried about losing to a 5 v 1.

This need to get fixed asap, I can already see how many people are gonna die on hardcore due to this. Unless of course its working as intended.

Its not that, I didnt even realize when they said it will make you fight vs party members you will actually die on hardcore mode. The templar just pretty much 2 shotted me. Just image some really high lvl with really good gear purposely trying to kill people this way. It's just completely dumb.

That's why you should never party with a high level player for the bandit quests.

neither did i. I thought it was a glitch when i first encountered it.

Ive been in the same boat. Except well i wasnt in the boat. some poor templar was. Ported into oaks arena at the wrong time. Just as oak died. literally. We didnt get the quest.. but we could kill this dude. and we had to, to complete the quest. I Just told him to log off before we killed him. He was running in circles with 5 other people click locked on him, going wtf do i do.... man fuck fuckl fuicl. we didnt get the quest because of that, so we had to do it again.

I can see the problem though. But i still think its cool. :/

and yeh. My general rule is. Dont trust public players. They most likely will get you killed by pulling mobs running ahead. blah blah the usual stuff that people die in hc from.

It says very clearly in the description of your choice that ANY party members that don't pick the same decision as you be against you in a duel. So yeah... In HC be very careful when you party for killing the bandits.
