Why Corrupt Maps?
Heard some people talking about corrupting lvl 78 maps so I figured why not give it a try:
Temp chains, no regen, negative resists, and double reflect. WTF, do people actually do these maps? |

That quantity haha.
Well you can get a lvl 79 map when u vaal a lvl 78 map. Think thats the main reason why people vaal 78 maps. |

You can also get the 30% increased quantity bonus if it goes unidentified, with the same mods that it had originally before you corrupted it. And to be honest, being in standard people would most certainly run that map after leveling

My old blender would have loved that map. -max can always be a bit difficult but the rest is gravy quantity.

Ugh, temporal chains on top of all that. Sell that 189% roll for lots of currency if you don't want to run it, 2ex+.

You think this map is worth more than a regular courtyard map?

" Absolutely, because if you have a build that's able to run it, it's a fantastic roll. Anyways, the only reason I can see to corrupt maps is to try to get 79 Vaal Temple. Corrupting for extra mods is no longer really worth it IMO since you can run Onslaught for 6 chaos and get +40% IIQ if you don't corrupt (costs 6 chaos 6 vaal if you corrupt and is therefore not worth it). The 352nd character to hit Level 100 in Standard
The 82nd character to hit Delve 1000 in Standard |

Getting unid or upgrading to the next tier are usually seen as the best rolls. Unid is of course safest. Getting 8 mods is usually doable by these endgame builds although yours is particularly bad.

I would do that map. Hell, I might pay 2ex 2vaal or whatever it is this time, just to get the screenshot of the number displayed on the right for +q.
