Why this item is soo expensive? Because you can get 28 lvl warp AND still hold a shield. This build is awesome because you can have 21+ lvl arctic armour on and it will eat no mana, because you move only with warp. Having warp 28 lvl enables to easily get 10 warps per second (cap for this spell) and something like 2k max damage (without passives, gems and equip; you hit twice with warp). Also, this is good PvP build, because it is super hard to target you.

Why this armour is so expensive?
Assume that +1 gems mod chance is 1/30 (it's more like 1% or even 0.1%). You have to use 30 uniques + 30 vaal, then you will have to 6-socket it, that's 350 jewelers and 350 vaals, then you will have to recolor it (my armour is 4 off-color perfect for cyclone), assume you get extremely lucky and one recolor is enough - 285 chroms + 285 vaals.
Summing that up we get 695 vaals + 350 jews + 285 chroms + 30 uniques. Even if you get all bronn's uniques with 1c price, it sums up to 40 exalts.
That's the theoretical minimum price one can get. Actual expenses will be much higher (and were so). If you feel lucky, you can try it by yourself. I will welcome market competition.
