Wings of Entropy build concept

So I've always wanted to do a wings of entropy/bor build, and with the Heralds coming out, it REALLY appeals to me. So here's the tree i've come up with:

http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgYBAAYB3AUtBx4IsQlYCpsPqxRSFfYWvxjbGYoajx3KJpUo2yoLLYMuCC9vNJM1kjY9P_xHBkd-SVFKfU4qUzVVS1uvXLBd8mBLYSFh4mJ5YqxjcGVNZ6BqjGyMbWxuaXBScLtw1XTtdPF4DXjreu99dYIehNmE74Uyh2qHdohCidOMC4w2j_qQbJP8lS6XBpu1naqi2ac0qW6plLDYtUi18rZBuXy7476KvqfAnMGLwcXEosgUz-nQ0NN-0_zYvdkT2wvbp90N3-_i6uOE5wroZuuO7BjssO967-Pw1fPq9W_22vb8-wn8xf66

The idea is dual strike to CoC ek for damage. Max (77%) block, with really high spell block. 6L wings would have DS, CoC, EK, Added Fire, Faster Attacks (instead of MS due to damage reduction) and then a choice of Empower for damage, Leech for survival, MS for attack speed/coc proc.

Helm would have Cyclone, Increased AoE, WED, LGoH, with the inherent BoR supports as mob control, survival mode.

Gloves would be ES with life tri res attack speed (i know, good luck) and have CWDT warlords mark for extra survivability; low levels. Would also have leap slam and Arctic Armour, unlinked (2+2 or 2+1+1 doesn't matter)

Boots would more than likely be Rainbow strides, due to the extra spell block, decent resists/movement speed and decent ES. Though its a shame they don't have life. they would contain Herald of Ice, Herald of Fire, Hatred, Reduced Mana

Belt would be a leather with high life, WED, tri res and ES (armor if possible)

Rings would be Corals with high life, WED, All (not tri) res, Es, mana regen. NEED to have the %increased max es master craft in there. that'll add a ton of mana and make the AA possible.

Necklace would be lazhwar with WED corruption if you're scared of spell damage, swappable with any other nice ammy

kinda low on life but getting to the nodes I wanted took longer than i thought it would and i can't figure out what to cut. Low base crit means I need all of the crit nodes i can get. But I figure with a ton of life off gear, max block/high to max spell block, and the blind from bor should make it pretty solid survivability wise and the supports stack so nicely together for both attacks and ek that the damage output should be sufficient if not impressive. Probably not a cheap build as to pull it off is gonna take GG gear and quality/corrupted gems

what are your guys' thoughts?
I would go either coc or woe... not both. Trying to do both at the same time on 5% base crit will be miserable... you would probably get like 1 cast per second...

Coc in principle would be cool with bor, but the bonuses go in different directions... not really worth it.

I think for woe just a standard bor/woe build would work

For coc quill rain, other bows, st, wand barrage, something like that.

Sorry to rain on your parade... I just can't see a way that would work :(
But.. but! Woes best attack is dual strike, and dual strikes thing is crit. And with the supports meshing together so well for each other, ek coc proc by a melee attack just sounds so right!
If crit does prove to be viable, it may well be a better decision to run an enhance gem in the support medley.

And the idea isn't to base your damage solely off CoC. I see people running vanilla st to proc spells. this is more to run EK in addition to DS, to further increase its multiple target damage in a way that also helps to buff single target. Since the supports for EK also support the DS and vice versa, it seemed like a good idea. EK is huge damage even on single targets, and the DS being buffed by the same supports as EK means it too will be slugging

At least that was the intention when I think about it; If crit appears to be pointless I could always pull out of crit entirely and continue the tree into more survivability, using the additional support gem slots for extra damage and perhaps getting into more, better damage nodes *shrug* just concepts eh?
