Block Recovery and Block and Stun Recovery

I've done some searching on these questions, but I haven't been able to find anything yet. Does anyone happen to know if there is a cap for increased block recovery, and does it stack with increased block and stun recovery? I'm confused about what my stat sheet is telling me, because I have both the passive Blade Barrier, which gives 50% increased block recovery, and a single node of Block and Stun Recovery for 15% increased block and stun recovery, as well as 11% increased block and stun recovery on my gloves, and yet my Block Recovery Modifier is +50% and my stun recovery is +26%. Does that mean that 50% increased block recovery is the max, or are the effects not stacking correctly?

On a somewhat related note, since Unwavering Stance removes the block animation along with preventing stuns, does the 30% chance to avoid being stunned provided by Heart of Oak also apply the same 30% to avoid the block animation? I'd be grateful if anyone knows the answers to these questions.

Yes block recovery and stun recovery stack, however you get diminishing returns on how fast you can block recover / stun recover. If you had 100% increased block recovery you will reduce block animation duration by half.

Block Duration (milliseconds) = 350 / ( 1 + Block and Stun Recovery + Block Recovery )

If you cannot get stunned you will never have block recovery because block recovery ONLY comes into effect if you block a hit that WOULD HAVE stunned you.
