still didnt answered, the wiki says that faster casting affect the speed that you summon minions and the speed that minions cast spells, but says nothing on faster attacks, that's why i have that doubt

fast casting incrase the speed that the minions cast spells, that means fast casting increase the power of minions itselfs and not only the action of summoning them. Faster attacks make minions like zombies, raging skulls and skelettons attack faster like fast casting do to caster minions?

yes, it works with all minions that use attacks, which are all minions except some spectres
