Can I record and upload it on youtube or I got to wait for the closed beta to be over?

Closed beta is subject to the typical nondisclosure agreement. That means you can't share details about the game with anyone not in the beta. This includes screenshots and videos. The one exception is if you ask Chris' approval beforehand.
