combining skills?

I've tried searching for it, and didnt find it so ill ask you guys..
Is it possible to combine skills, like multihit and explosive + poison arrows? or cleave and some form of frost attacks.. ??? |

" Yes and no. You can combine a skill and support gems (multiple). You cannot combine two skills to make one. Cleave and frost works only, if the weapon has frost damage or you use the add cold damage support gem to cleave. |

Okey.. how does it work with support gems?
Does the item itself require support gem slots or do you simply put in a support gem into the existing gemslot with the correct color? |

" Of course, you can only put gems in the accordingly colored slot. The support gem then needs to be connected (linked) the the skill gem. You can actually put multiple support / skill gems in row. Items are not really connected to the gems they have (unless the proved a +1 level to the gems, but that is kinda irrelevant to your question atm.) |

Among the videos you can find several informative about the game videos made by the devs. The very bottom one discusses how skills work, and actually shows it in action. It's a good watch and got me ready for how to play before I got my key. I tend to be a very opinionated and brief poster. Due to this I often come across more hostile than I really am, sorry bout that. Also my train of thought is odd, something I just forget to post needed information, or assume its already known.

Hold down right click. Sorry, I've been playing Magicka recently, and all I can say is... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA EVERYTHING EXPLODES But to answer your question you get basic skills and you can link support gems to them and they do stuff IRON MAN

" Magicka is an awesome game... i really do love it :) Have to admit im REALLY looking forward to play PoE... But from what ive been watching from Lumin's adventures with his ranger and the game itself seem rather short and the bosses feel abit.... boring?
