Herald of ICE and Pyre Sapphire ring

Wondering as the Pyre unique ring converts all cold damage to fire damage, does the aoe cold damage get converted ( if it happens ) when the mobs blow up due to the "ignited enemies you hit are destroyed on kill"... Herald of Ash still ignites other mobs on overkill..

Herald of ice would never proc since you can't shatter enemies because you can't freeze them (unless someone in your party is freezing then I'm not certain)

Is this confirmed?

The damage does get converted, you need Three Dragons for lightning damage to freeze-shatter stuff. The "ignited enemies destroyed" only works to remove corpses, it doesn't suppress other on-kill effect from heralds (other than proliferation as there is no body to work with).

Nothing much to confirm, if you do no cold damage you will never freeze, you can't shatter an enemy that isn't frozen and destroying corpses isn't shattering.
