Skill colour change - huge personalization, minimum implementation!

My idea is based on the already popular Weapon Skin transfer system.

I believe it'd be really cool if you could buy a Colour transfer.

You could use Hex codes, or a simple colour wheel to choose what colour you want.

I think it'd add a lot of personalization to your character (especially your main skill).

You could make it so that you can only use the colour changer inside your hideout, so your bespoke skill colour could be tested before you committed your changes. It'd also give people like me (using Ball Lightning at the mo) the option of a bespoke looking character/setup, even though there isn't currently a Microtransaction for it.
