My computer completely shuts down when I'm playing PoE.

As English is not my mother tongue, sorry for any grammar mistake/ inconveniece caused.

The issue I have been facing is that my pc will shutdown when I play poe.
It is a blackout, no bluescreen no beep sound. It happens like someone plug off my power supply.

Sometimes, it shuts down after I had played for few minutes, Or even just reaching the character selection screen after entering account and password. The issue is that I can play other games like LoL or Hearthstone without any problem. Twitch and YouTube are working fine for me too.

I guess there are few points I should highlight :

1. I face the same problem in both international(?) server and Garena server. (I was playing in Garena PoE when the first blackout happened.)

2. I have to re-plug in my power supply to turn my pc on, otherwise, it doesnt work. (Have no response after pressing the power-on/off button.)

3. My CPU and GPU temp are fine, around 45 - 50 while playing, (as I refill the thermal paste lately).

4. My computer seems functioning as usual without playing PoE, I just turnt it on for whole night with watching Twitch. I can play other games as well.

5. I had been playing in int. server for at least 3 months and nothing like this happened before, except for auto-restarting due to overheating.

6. I tried a few solutions which I googled, like uninstalling my audio driver and lower my in-game settings. I successfully played for ~30 minutes but it was a false hope :(((

Although I know nothing about computing, I am expecting a hardware failure with PoE. If anyone or GGG has experience on this issue, please teach me how to fix it. I can provide my devices info later if it helps. Will re-installing Windows help? Or I should get a better pc to play PoE lol. tyvm.

I have never heard of computers shutting down like that just by playing a game. You should contact support for this. It sounds serious.

Wish i could offer more help than that.

It's fine. I know it is not a common issue.
Well, you know PoE is not a normal game though lol. The thing is that nothings wrong when I am playing other games with almost-highest quality settings. anyway, thanks for helping.
Besides keeping your pc up to date via drivers and updates you could try stuff like running the game in windowed mode. or windowed fullscreen.

Try disabling the audio altogether. I think it was something like --noaudio in the shortcut. I don't remember the exact command.

Also running one of the stress test programs available like prime95/occt and whatnot can be great help to test if a computer is stable. Once i had a problem with one of the ram sticks that manifested when i stress tested my pc.

What are your computer specs?
1. Look for errors in windows event logs during the time the issue happen. Where is event viewer http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-event-viewer#1TC=windows-7
2. Turn off system restore to see the blue screen with error. How to turn off system restore
windows xp http://bertk.mvps.org/html/disablesr.html
windows 7 http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows7/ht/automatic-restart-windows-7.htm
windows 8 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ie/windows/turn-system-restore-on-off#1TC=windows-7
Next time when your PC reboots it must show blue screen with error. Copy (write down) the error and post here.
3. Post errors here,
4. Dont forget to turn system restore after you finish.
5. Run Dxdiag command and save the info. Post DxDiag info here (use spoiler).

Thanks for advices!

Althought i must say i've the same problem since i returned to game on Friday and nothing helps - i've runed nosounds/sma, cleaned PC, turned off system restore, reisnstalled system & game. I've no problems playing on my ultrabook with Windows 8 installed, but PC with Windows 7 keeps restarting. Gonna try even viewer.

P.S. Btw i've no blue screen with system restore off, it just blacks out. Gonna try event viewer.
Did you reboot your computer after turning off system restore to apply the changes?
Here's more detailed guid for BSOD problem solving. - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/74712/how-to-find-bsod-error-messages/

I did, the problem still here. Gonna try your link, thnx again for effort!

Edit:
Event viewer info:

Log Name: System
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power
Event ID: 41
Level: Critical
Description:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I've done all checks recommended by microsoft and everything looks fine, yestoday played different games for quite some time and nothing wrong happens whille POE don't last even one map. Dunno how but seems the game is overloading some systems or hardware (althought it was totally fine when i went away from it right before Vaal patch).

I have a similar issue. As soon as the black loading screen finishes and I get to the login screen, my computer completely reboots. Sometimes, seemingly randomly, I am able to get past the login screen and play no problem.
Post your DxDiag
It maybe a driver conflict, what audio drivers you have installed? Make sure there is only one driver. For example, if you have NVIDIA audio drivers and Realtek audio installed, they can conflict and cause your PC to shutdown.
