Joining Hideouts -- unintuitive. Maybe "invite" option or town banners?

The hideouts are really great, but there's 1 small problem in public parties. When you want to run maps or make your hideout the "central hub" for your group, the "Visit Hideout" button is hidden away in a drop-down menu. Other people need to open chat, manually right click your name and select "Visit Hideout". Often times, people will take forever to figure out where the option is. So what do you guys think about the option to:

1) Invite someone to your hideout?

2) Have town banners that other players can click on to join your hideout?
