Overclocking problem [SOLVED]

Hello GGG,
I have GTX 770 and most of the time i play at ~60FPS when being solo, however, i tried to overlock my GPU to get those extra frames when i am in party ( sometimes it go down to 30 FPS ~ still playable though ) and after the overclocking ( tested with FurMark - clock was stable @1247 Mhz - my base clock is 1137 Mhz ) the clock speeds are the same ( i did manage to overclock my memory from 7ghz to 8ghz though and it did appear in game )
i checked my CPU aswell and in pretty hard situations framerate goes down, but all of my 4 cores don't exceed 60% of load - while GPU is still in base clock speeds - shouldn't it want more power to stay at 60 fps?
In some other games it works, when the scene is normal - the clock speeds are 1137 Mhz, and when the scene is full of action - it goes to it's full potentional. is this bug or is it something bad on my side?
Thanks, Everett

PoE doesn't do anything with your GPU clock speeds. That would all be handled by the display drivers.

If it isn't increasing the clock rate, it is likely that the GPU drivers don't feel the need to turn on "boost mode" or whatever it is.

That isn't up to the game though to make that determination.
And do you know how to enable some "static" clock speed? i don't like this "power save modes"

That's likely going to be based on the card, etc... I don't know how to do it as I don't OC my cards.

There are a lot of OC forums however that I'm sure can tell you how to set your OC settings properly and static.
I managed to tell exactly what clock i want to use -> more FPS

If someone wants to make this guide - let me know
