[Solved] Computer gets loud no matter what settings I use.

Hello GGG!

I am trying to play PoE with my computer but the graphics card gets loud when playing, no matter what resolution and settings I use, even in the login screen it almost makes a rattling sound, I can play any game I have tried with high end settings without the computer breaking a sweat while even being in the menu of this game makes my computer work loudly.

OS: Windows 8.1, 6.3 build 9600
Mobo: z97p-d3
Gfx: Geforce GTX 760
Drivers: 340.52
CPU: i5-4670k 3.4GHz - not overclocked
RAM: 8gb
Storage: plenty.

I have been using Nvidia Inspector to try to make it make less noise but no success. Anyone had the same problem and found a solution?

The computer is clean, nothing is blocking the fan, it is not overheating, just working excessively hard.
