Carnage Chieftain Spectres with Spell Echo

Hi
I tried using Carnage Chieftains for Spectres and linking them with Spell Echo. They cast their Frenzy Skill faster and play the animation twice, but only grant 1 frenzy charge. Since they cast twice, I think it would make sense if they grant 2 frenzy charges in total (first 1 and then another 1 immediately after) so that their frenzy skill interacts with Spell Echo similarly to how Enduring Cry does. Enduring Cry works the way it does because it explicitly has an exception from the regular charge rules due to being a skill that's intended to grant multiple charges. In this respect it is not the standard against which other skills can be judged.

Fair enough. It does make sense that they only grant 1 frenzy charge per activation when compared to other charge granting mechanics like power charge on crit or multistrike-frenzy.
I guess I got too focused on both being charge generating warcries to see the bigger picture. Thanks for clarifying. My supporter items: Victario's Charity and The Forsaken
