Damage Absorption

It would be nice to align oneself with an element. I'm not asking, for example, to absorb fire damage to life (healing), but really more so to absorb a chosen elemental damage when taken to mana.

When combined with MoM, this would effectively create a 30% damage reduction from the chosen element, as you're likely loosing but also gaining mana, which might net each other out - but only for a single chosen element.

Because of Righteous fire, mixing this with MoM could be a little op; so it might have to instead be Cold or Lightning damage...

Therefore, I propose:

Frost Pact (Grave Pact already taken)
~ Absorb 30% of Cold damage taken to Mana (Not damage reducing, just mana gaining)


This could be made more powerful, such as reducing damage, but only at a cost, such as reducing max other resists.

There's an unique for that if I'm not completely wrong.
