Missing Dungeon/ Dweller of the deep

Wanted to know if anyone else is having a problem while playing on invasion. Recently entered the submerged depths and can't find the flooded depths area. I can return to the mud flats, go towards the upper submerged depths, or into the corrupted concealed cavity. I went into the upper area thinking maybe the area was moved but only have the option of going towards the ledge. Now I'm kinda stuck since I can't complete the dweller of the deep quest. Any suggestions?

No, it's very likely an incredibly rare combination of map tile sets that has blocked it off, since it's randomly generated.
In those cases you should type /debug into the game chat then take a screen shot of the particular instance and debug code and post it in bug reports.

You can regenerate the instance by ctrl clicking the entrance to the submerged passage and creating a new instance.
