Auction house like cabal online

Topic is not new, but I'm asking again until sth is finally done:

1. An auction house like cabal online for instance would save many ppl time + a lot of nerves.

2. Items can be bought though the seller is offline - no waiting time till he comes online (very problematic If different time zones are affected!!!)

3. This would prevent inflation in SC (to some extend at least) since ppl would see what's the lowest price for the specific item so they won't just ask up to 50% more If they want to sell it soon

4. not that hard to implement

I'm paying a lot of $$$ to support this game (500+ USD) since the beginning and I'm sick of shouting in this "trade chat" or having to offer my stuff on poe xy / forum (some ppl may not - but I am for sure), so please at least comment If something will be done, because this will affect my future behaviour in terms of supporting you further.

Also an info on current desync progress (if there is any) would be nice.

i dont know cabal online but id like to see something like this from the settlers

Anything is better than current way of advertising / selling
