Online-Only Buy Orders

I've been thinking a lot, about how much of a pain it is to trade in PoE. Stopping every 5 minutes to repeat an item list across 6 trade channels can be extremely annoying. Especially when you're offering decent items cheap.

My idea is simple. Allow players to list a buy order while they are online. Have sellers then search for buy orders based on items they currently own (ctrl+alt posting to the buyer search). Once the buyer is offline for more than 1 minute, the buy order is removed.

This does a couple of things to prevent an auction house style disaster:

1) People who just want a piece of EQ and to keep playing the game, get to. No more searching xyz for an hour to find someone online to sell the item.

2) Players who want to play World of Economycraft, can. All they need to do, is find buy orders for the equipment they are trying to sell.
