Uber item challenge completed in ambush 75 kills needed ...

okay guys just posted this below on reddit. Imho the amount of effort needed is over the tops and i'd love to see a discussion on it. I personally think it is simply to much this time. If you want challenges to be a hard but completable part of the game in my opinion the amount of effort needed on that one breaks every appropriate proportion there is.

Sending out shirts probably isn't something ggg wants to do anymore but even last league where it was "just" 300 ex needed the amount granted seemed pretty low allready. I dont feel another exaggeration like that was warranted ..

on topic : this was actually part of the discussion of the interview if i remember correctly, i really like the proposed solution that Zeno made.

Up the number of challenges and create "thresholds" just like race season rewards.

People like you (assumption sorry :) ) can still hunt the magical Max challenges count, while people with less time available could hunt for a lower threshold and then asses if the next threshold is viable for them.

I think a solution like that would be great for the community.

This could also be used to lower the requirement of "some challenges" because simply put, more have to be completed in the same time-frame.

Yeah I can't do it this time. Last time sort of soured me on the game. Was really excited when I saw the challenges this league until I realized about the 4 uber items. If it was only 4 kills that would be fine, but its rng behind rng behind rng behind rng. I'm playing dark souls 2 now.
