use WinMTR instead, and let it run while experiencing an issue.

We need to capture over time, and we need the issue to be logged in that capture so we can see if it is a network issue or not.

Did just as you said.
you only let it run 20 seconds. It's hard to see anything in 20 seconds.

Did you get a disconnection while this was running?

It's usually requested to let it run for 300 packets (around 5 minutes).

When you get disconnected, it is only when connecting to new instances or changing zones?

Either loggin in or changin zone, or even just stayin in the city while watchin trace's and winmtr logs

Stayed couple mins in normal, everythin was okay, but just switched to merciless - got d.c
P.S excuse me for spamming and being annoying ;)
that other trace looks better.

looks like you're getting packet loss between your modem and the ISP.

Likely that might be your issue. I'd try rebooting your modem/router and see what happens.. if it fixes anything. If not, you'll most likely have to contact your ISP and give them a copy of the trace so they can work with you to fix it.
