B/O = Buy Out = The Price the seller will sell the item for.... just like a price tag in the store.

" Its not like "a price tag in a store" at least not like it is in most western countries. It is the price you have to pay to get the item immidiatly without any bartering. When you buy a cheap item for 1-2 chaos it migth be the price you have to pay, but when you purchase something more expensive its pretty much always way more then you would have to pay to get the item. Its just what the seller would like to get. (in most cases even higher since the seller factors in that no one would buy it for the buyout anyway) So if you want to buy something with a b/o always start with making your own offer.
