Dominus did not fight

Hello.
During the fight with Dominus (Invasion league normal difficulty) I encountered with a strange behavior never met before. He did not attack or summon anything from red portals during his 2 phase just made blood rain once! I used Searing Bond totem, Vulnerability and Flameblast to kill him.
