Full wipe on Release 1?

Just wanted to check, will there be a full character wipe with Release 1?

There won't be any more official wipes, going into Open Beta was the last one.

 I believe it was mentioned Somewhere that there isn't gonna be a wipe... haha yea its like everytime i open my eyes there are big signs all over the place saying there will be no more wipes. But i guess some people also have trouble getting their pants on in the morning.
