Disconnect when third and fourth Stash tabs.

Previously, this morning included, I was able to use the stash just fine. However, now I disconnect whenever I open the stash to the third or fourth tab; they appear as a brown, empty box -- one large box, not individual ones.
I also repeatedly disconnect whenever I am grouped with people. I would greatly appreciate some help on this matter |

Can you run a WinMTR while playing and opening your stash tab? Instructions for WinMTR can be found in the Consolidated Technical sticky post at the top of this forum.
Also, Are you being disconnected? Are you crashing to desktop? What are the details of the problem? |

I am still able to walk around, however, I am unable to click on items, re-open the stash, talk to NPCs, use Way Points, talk in chat, etc. When I am grouped in a party, I will randomly freeze in the same way. I am able to cast spells that drain my mana, monsters will chase me, I can run ahead and see where monsters are, etc. On both events, after a few minutes I will randomly be kicked to the log in menu. If I am surrounded by monsters I will come back and have died, i.e., lost experience. And thank you for your speedy reply. |

Did you edit the WinMTR at all?
Looks like you removed the IPs on the first 3 hops... and the 3rd hop seems to be having some issues (in addition to the remaining hops). You sent a total of 233 packets from your PC to you router. Looking at the last hop, you only send 226 and received 224. Those numbers should all be the same and match if there are no problems with the network. Notice hop 3, it goes to 214/209. So somewhere in there, packets are being stalled, or lost, etc. You'll probably have to contact the ISP to get them to investigate, and I recommend sending them an unedited trace so they can see where the problem starts. |

I saw the instructional picture blurring their IP and then I misread, thinking it said to post the relevant details, so I blocked out the same IPs as the picture. Here are my results from 10-15'ish minutes of playing in The Ledge, not partied or opening the stash. I had no errors, problems, or even complaints playing with that. it was as smooth as it ever has been. However, I disconnected as soon as I open the third or fourth tab in the stash. The first and second tabs are work fine, but all of my items that I want to access are in the latter two. |

Are you on a mobile/celluar connection?
I see your ISP as being Mobilphone de Panama but *shrug*. One thing you can try is checking the content file for any corruption. Can you browse to the Path of Exile folder and right-click on the PackCheck.exe and select "Run as Administrator"? If that finds errors, you'll need to right-click on the PathOfExile.exe and "Run as Administrator" there as well. See if that solves the problem? |

I am not. Mobilphone is the name of the only ISP in my area, sadly.
"Checking pack Content.ggpk... Done. All file hashes are in sync. Press any key to continue . . ." It made no change. |

One last thing before I send you somewhere else...
Can you delete the ShaderCache folder in the Path of Exile directory and try again? If it still has problems, you'll need to send an email to the address in the Contact Support link at the top of the page and give them a link to this thread. There must be something in those tabs causing issues which is account related and no one here can help you resolve if that's the case. |

Steam's been having some issues lately. Hopefully it will resolve soon. You might need to close and re-open Steam however.
Also.. If you're using Steam, you need to verify your cache since you used the PackCheck (I didn't realize you were using Steam). PackCheck is meant for non-steam clients. |
