Help: Huge Lag Spikes and Everything Freezes

This started to happen to me just today. I had 8 mbit internet 2 days ago and now i changed my connection to 20 mbit fiber internet and this started. Game freezes for a while, everyone stops, then it starts back for sometime repeatedly, and finally DC.

Is it because of my ISP (which is same with the 8 mbit) or is it because of pre patch times?

This time (when I run the WinMTR) it didnt DCed but same huge lag spikes while the game freezes consisted. I was in docks, but DCs occured anywhere (like 68 maps, library, etc)

Also, you're getting heavy packet loss to your router (and all hops after it). It's hard to say if that's a factor or not based on available information.

EDIT:

After I follow the HOW TO: Optimize your Network connection for less desync: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/806980 DC problem solved, but lag spikes and freeze remains.

Tell me what info do you need to help, and I'll provide them here.

First is to figure out why you're dropping a lot of packets to your router, but not all of them.

Generally when there is packet loss, you either want NO packet loss, or ALL packet loss... something in the middle assumes some sort of possible issue with data availability (either due to mitigation or other factors).

If you're on a wireless connection, try hard-wired to the router. If you have any av/firewall/security software enabled, try disabling it.

You want to see the first hop have 0 packet loss and good latency times. Your latency on the first hop looks great, but the packet loss is confusing to me. I'd like to see that be 0 in order to possibly diagnose any other issue in the network.
Im using ethernet cable not wireless. Let me do the diagnostics again and post it here.

And this is after the How to guide; this time it started later and occured less (freezes which are like everyone except monsters stops and monsters only wander around do not attack) and finally I) Dced again.

I also noticed FPS and frame rate spikes too.

those packet numbers are SUPER high... how long are you running the WinMTR for, and what is the setting for packets? by default I thought it was 1 second.
I only opened WinMTR just before I started poe and stopped it right after the DC.
Settings was default: Interval: 1 Ping size: 64 Max hosts: 128 (so didnt touch any options)
Is it possible to undo all the tweaks to your TCP settings? I'm gravitating heavily towards a problem with the computer.

Do you have another computer or smart phone which you could ping with? Have it just ping the gateway router there, the 192.168.1.1 address.
I dont have any other tech to ping my connection but when I did ping my ip and pathofexile.com with my PC, there was no packet loss. But when I pinged microsoft.com, "request timed out". This all started when I change my connection to 20 mbit. I still dont understand why.

Btw It's occured before I do the TCP tweaks but I can test by undoing them too.

EDIT: Below is the undo (win default) TCP settings for WİnMTR results. Docks with full party, took less than 5 mins. Unexpected disconnection again.

Btw I've managed to ping my router from neighbour's tablet (my connection) and there was no packet loss.

After I uninstalled Avast, DC stopped but lag spikes persists
The thing that really concerns me is how fast your WinMTR wants to ping. Under "normal" situations, 18433 packets is approximately 5 HOURS of capture. It's clear you weren't capturing for 5 hours, which means that as soon as the ping was sent, another ping was sent, then another... in VERY rapid succession. This could also explain the packet loss as it wasn't waiting for a return/timeout before sending another one (the TTL too short?)
I captured under 5 mins. :S So how to solve this? Sorry, im new at this network stuff.
