Sorry you lost your map.

They don't restore items or characters, nor do they compensate for lost items due to disconnection.

They actually have great service.. but bugs and other things happen.. especially in indie games.. and most especially in FREE indie games..

You didn't pay real money for that map (I hope) and just like in every other online game, you don't "own" the items.

If you had lost an item in WoW due to an instance crash, they certainly wouldn't give you an item either. This is no different. It's how most (if not all) online games operate.

Sorry if you feel you should be treated differently or don't think it's fair. Trust me that it's MORE fair to everyone with this policy.

I didn't say you didn't pay money. I said you didn't pay money for that map.

The items you paid for cannot be lost, and if they are, Support will restore them. That's not at all the same as giving you a new map to replace one that was lost.

I'm just telling you what their policy is. I'm sorry you don't like it. Doesn't mean they have crap support. Just means you don't agree with their policy.
