If I can figure out how to attach the debug report of my system, I would attach it to this report. There is no screen shot as the problem caused the program to stop working correctly and the computer returns to the windows operating system, Windows 7 Home Premium. |

Try running the PackCheck.exe in your Path of Exile folder as admin (right-click on it and select "Run as Administrator").
If it finds issues, launch PathOfExile.exe as admin as well the same way and let it re-patch the corrupted content. If no issues were found, then my guess is you have a Creative sound card, and you need to add -swa or --softwareaudio (please use exact spelling and dash count) to the end of your shortcut target (or launch options if you're using Steam). |

Video Card is a Nvidia GeForce 6800. I received the message that POE cannot render water on my card. Display memory is 1768 MB. Operating system is windows 7 with service pack 1. Bios chip: Phoenix Rom Plus version 1.10 A03. Processor is 2.8 GHz (2cpus). Memory: 4096 MB Ram. Available memory 3582 MB Ram. Directx version: Directx 11. Any other suggestions. |

I asked what sound card you had, not video card.
Although your video card information is important because the card you have is too old. This is from the minimum specs on the Path of Exile Steam page. Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800 GT or ATI Radeon™ X1950 Pro or better Looks like you need an upgrade first. |

I do not think that I am running steam page as I downloaded Path of Exile directly from the website. Are the specifications listed anywhere else for the Video and Sound Card?
I have installed a Nvidia Geforce 88800 GTx Graphic Card that I have had recently repaired. I hope that this card meets the minimum spec. You were correct in that I have a Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS (WDM) sound Card with Driver: ctaud2k.sys I do not know how to use your -swa or --softwareaudio. Can you direct me to specifications for a good sound card as I have always used Creative. Can you suggest Manufacturer names and Types or numbers for my consideration. When I change out my motherboard I would like to get a good sound card and a good video card for use in various games on the computer. |

right-click your shortcut then click properties. click on the Target: line then press the End key, the Space key then -swa

Thanks for the help. I entered the crematorium without a problem. Changing out the graphic card has made a difference also in how the game plays. Hope that this speeds up the game so that I can catch up. Thanks again for the help.
