Unable to connect to patching server

Title error. I haven't played this game for about 4 months and when I tried to launch it today I got this error. I tried disabling firewall, disabling anti-virus, I opened 3724 portm but nothing helps. The game was running perfectly fine 4 months ago.

FIXED: Installed it to my main hard drive.
