Game wont load up/Black screen?

So I was wondering why when I try and open the gamer some times it gives me a black screen. This black screen has lasted up to an hour. I do not understand why or how this happens. I also have the LONGEST LOAD TIMES KNOWN TO MAN. I have comcast cable internet...Loading should be the least of my issues.WE are talking after takeing a WP anywhere from 1-5 mins of load time. I have left and went to make food came back and still loading. With my new Alienware Laptop I just can not understand why this game does not ZIP to do what ever i want it to? Any ideas on how I fix this? Or is this a game related issue?

the standard loading screen into the game is long for everyone at this moment I believe. Not alt+tabbing helps a lot. Mine only lasts 20 - 30 seconds maximum. If you have Alienware I can almost guarantee that you have several gigs of bloatware running.
You should google how to remove bloatware and get it over with since it's a new computer. (Bloatware is software made by the producer of the machine. Alienware has a lot of this. Really flashy but hardly necessary software thats always on by default. Google it) |
