Is the POE infrastructure/server problem being acted on? When is the target for it to be fixed?

Apparently, there are a lot of people experiencing slow speeds and connection issues... either people can't get in or they are constantly being kicked out. So obviously, there is an infrastructure problem here.

I would like to know if there is any word from GGG that:

(1) They acknowledge that the infrastructure is currently not enough to meet the needs of their consumers/players.

(2) They are working on a solution to it.

If the answer to the two questions above is YES, then:

(3) What is the ETA/deadline on improving the infrastructure of PoE so that the game is not unplayable for a lot of people?

Thanks.

I would like to know this as well, getting a lot of frequent disconnects.
Any help and/or response from a dev / GGG rep / someone in contact with them would be highly appreciated.
On the main page of this website, you will see their most recent update. They have acknowledged that they are working to improve their content delivery network (a third party runs it). Hopefully things will improve with time. I suggest reading that announcement for more details.
I am getting allot of desync / lag generally and only with PoE any info would be great thanks.

The recent update says:

"There are now no known or unknown realm crashes. Since the last crash, the server has been very stable."

Apparently, that is not the case since there are a lot of known issues where people cannot login or people get frequently disconnected.
