PyroMancer Build any suggestions?

This is what I have so far at level 36, this is my main. Plan on focusing minions but backing it up with fire damage like firestorm and fireball. I see most necros substating Dex, I'm curious if that is for wands or multiple projectile gems. Not real sure as to why. Any late game suggestions would be helpful as far as gear, skills, passive points, etc. Please and Thank you.

I've loaded some screenshots to display my current gear and stats. If there is a better more efficient way of displaying total stats fill me in.
