There will be any more wipes after official release(not open beta)?

GGG has stated that the last wipe (like forever) will be on 23rd of january when open beta hits.
Now since its still in beta, that can change if you ask me ;) |

There will probably be passive skill wipes as they change the tree but barring some major issue there won't be any more character wipes.
