Conduits, Traps, and Power Charge on Crit

From what I know, if you pair a trap, let's say Lightning Trap with Power Charge on Crit, the Power Charge will go to your trap instead of your player character if it procs.

Now here's my question: If I put a point on Conduit, do my traps/minions for that matter, count as party members, and will any charges on them be shared on me?

Traps give you charges just fine. And Conduit affects nothing, it can't share with summons, or totems, or anybody else except other players. If you have Conduit, it doesn't mean your summons have it, so that doesn't work, either.
