Doedre's Elixir and Chaos Inoculation

Hello guys, I'm new at this and I'm currently playing at Nemesis league with a CI witch lvl 59. And I just got this flask: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Doedre's_Elixir that burns you 10% of your life by chaos damage, I wonder if i can use it and take no damage (so it don't kill me). Thank you

With CI you got 1 total max hp, i dont think you can actually take 10% of that in damage, since its the lowest amount of hp you can have, so i am pretty sure it wont work at all. not totally sure tho

" It's more about the part that he is immune to chaos damage. With Blood Rage for example you would normally lose 4% of your health as chaos damage per second. But with CI you don't take any damage because you are immune to chaos. I would think the same applies here too. Doedre’s Elixir will be fine for you to use. You are immune to Chaos damage.
