Gem Problem "split arrow"

I play as an Duelist with a bow and i have the gem "split arrow".
As i played i saw that the skill is no longer in my skill bar. i tried everything but it wont work -.- i still have the gem and i tried to put it in every socket but it wont work.... please help me with this problem.... |

link the items with the split arrow gem socketed in it.

You have Split Arrow placed in a socket on a piece of gear you're wearing correct?
If so, click on your Character portrait at the top of the page (the picture of your character), then in the Inventory panel, click on the item once that contains that Split Arrow gem. It will link it into a new post (like this): |
