Trigger gems need a cooldown?

I was playing my wander with Power Siphon-LMP-Chain-Cast on Crit-Frost Wall and since Power Siphon-LMP-Chain hits about 9 times per attack I was literally burying everyone in front of me in frost wall. The walls would shove monsters into players trapping them all together. It was kind of funny but I don't see this being a good thing in general.

I think I also caused some people to DC with Siphon-LMP-Chain-Cast on Crit-fireball. This and the crazy exponential Cast on Taken feedback loops might be what's causing the server crashes. I think a small cool down of at least 200ms would help a lot
