Totem Attack and Cast Speed passive not working

"Spells Cast by Totems have 4% Increased Cast Speed"

No improvements...
EK linked with Spell Totem.
Can't check second part "6% Increased Attack Speed".

I can confirm this issue, as i'm running EK totems myself and this passive also doedn't work for me.

Will test with Arc Totem later today, and get back to you on this as to whether it's EK-specific or maybe the node.

Does not work with Flame totems either.

However, the other similar node "Totem attack, cast and placement speed" does work.

Bumping to confirm, does not work with Arc Totem. Probably doesn't work with any totem, by the looks of it. Cast speed remained 1.28 after taking the 4% cast/6% attack speed node.

I am sure the cast time you are seeing is the time for you to cast the totem, and not the totems cast speed.

No, it is not, as the totem's dps does not move at all. Unless it's just a tooltip/character sheet error, the node isn't affecting it.

Also, as noted before, the other node that increases attack speed/cast speed/placement speed does change the character sheet info.

I think this got fixed in this patch as my dps increased after it =D

This passive has nothing to do with totem summoning (aka placement) speed.

Nope... they didn't fix this. You probably just didn't notice changes from new gear/passive or gem levelup before patch.

Spell Totem and Ranged Attack Totem have -30% attack/cast speed and this passive should lower penalty to -26% for Spell Totem and -24% for Ranged Attack Totem but it doesn't (at least for Spell Totem). You can easily check this by removing totem gem.
